PRISM & Pride: A Colourful Collaboration

Workshop

Heartlands Pride Athlone is teaming up with Foróige Athlone’s LGBT+ youth group, PRISM, throughout May and June to design a new PRISM logo. The finished design will appear on tie‑dyed T‑shirts worn during Heartlands Pride Athlone’s Pride Parade on June 6th as part of Cruinniú na nÓg. The group will also create customised masks to wear in the parade.

In addition, the young will people to produce a Pride mural at St. Mary’s Hall — a joint creative project between Foróige/PRISM and Heartlands Pride Athlone.

After the parade, a family fun day in Burgess Park will give the group the chance to showcase their creativity even further.

No bookings but Heartlands Pride will be coordinating with Foróige to manage sign‑ups.
