Explore the art of character design and storytelling to discover how simple ideas grow into fully realised characters for the page.

In this fun and engaging workshop young artists how to create their own unique characters—from first ideas and quick sketches to expressive faces, personalities, and storytelling details. Along the way, participants will discover how small design choices can make a big difference in bringing a character.

Through demonstration, discussion and drawing children will be encouraged to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop their own character ideas in a relaxed and supportive setting. No previous drawing experience is needed—just imagination and curiosity!

Perfect for ages 9+, this workshop supports creativity, storytelling, and visual thinking in a fun, welcoming environment.
