Discover the hidden beauty of the microscopic world in this creative, hands-on workshop for families.

Inspired by the intricate forms, colours, and patterns of real microbes, participants will explore the art of the microbiome, revealing a vibrant world that exists all around us and within us. Through guided creative making, each participant will design and paint their own unique microbe, celebrating the diversity and wonder of these tiny life forms. As individual artworks come together, they will form The Living Community, a shared exhibition reflecting how many small lives connect to create healthy, balanced ecosystems. Blending art, imagination, and biodiversity, this workshop invites families to see the unseen and to discover the beauty and importance of the invisible worlds that sustain life on Earth.

Please wear old clothes.
