Held at the Playground studio, this 2.5 hour interactive workshop will be lead by Aim Ireland CEO and Artist Manager Colm Hanly who will talk about the different career paths in the music business, then producer Benza will lead a hands on studio demonstrations and tell some of the secrets that have lead to him having 40 million + Spotify streams, after an iced coffee break at the in-house café a full studio tour will take everyone around the podcast studios, infinity wall set and kitchen sets where some of Ireland’s biggest podcasts and music videos are recorded before finishing with a Q&A performance by one of the brightest stars on the Irish scene Qbanna who will talk about how she’s made her way as an independent artist to play major festivals and shows around the world,

Curated by AIM Ireland, the Association of Independent Music, and supported by Dublin City’s Night-Time Economy Advisor and Dublin City Council Arts Office, this workshop is for young people interested in exploring a professional career in the music business.
