Crow’s Books: Cá? Cá? Cá? A Sensory Story Scape

  • Workshop

Crow’s Books: Cá? Cá? Cá? is a free, immersive sensory storytelling experience for children. Rooted in Irish folklore, creating art and sound with natural materials accompanied by live harp music, this is a space where stories are felt, touched, and heard. Neurodiverse friendly. Every child welcome. Only curiosity required.

What does a story feel like? What does it sound like? Step inside Crow’s Books: Cá? Cá? Cá? and find out. Inspired by the crow of Irish folklore, curious and clever, a keeper of secrets, children are invited to create their own Crow’s Books using herbs, soil, berries, flowers and feathers to live harp music. This is storytelling through all the senses: the smell of crushed herbs, drawing with feathers, moving to the vibrations of the harp.

This is a project about belonging to a place, to a tradition, to a moment of pure creative joy. Come as you are. There is no wrong way to be in the story. Crow’s Books is designed to welcome every child, with a calm, flexible environment where every way of engaging is valid.
