Event: Groove & Move

Groove and Move is an interactive music and movement programme designed to engage children and their parents in playful, musical activity. Led by an experienced Music Generation facilitator, each session introduces age-appropriate songs, rhythm games, and movement exercises to stimulate early musical development, coordination and social interaction. Booking required.

Session 1: Babies (under 1) and parent. 09:50am – 10:30am

Session 2: Ages 1-6 and parent. 10:40am – 11:40am

Session 3: Ages 1-6 and parent. 11:30am – 12:10pm

Event: Instrument Showcase / Try an Instrument

This interactive Try an Instrument session will be led by professional Musician Educators, offering young people an engaging introduction to a wide range of musical instruments available through Music Generation Westmeath’s Instrument Rental Scheme, delivered in partnership with Westmeath Libraries. Participants will have the opportunity to explore and try different instruments in a supportive, hands-on environment, helping to spark interest and build confidence in making music. Booking not required.
